Performanceodds Roofing is a referral service. We connect homeowners who have a roof problem with independent local providers. We are not an employer, and there are no staff jobs here. This page is for contractors who run their own roofing business and want more homeowner calls in New York and the New York area.

You stay independent. You choose your jobs, set your own prices, and run your own crews and schedule.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for roofing businesses that do careful work and treat homeowners with respect. You may be a fit if you:

• Handle roof replacement, and ideally residential repair as well
• Work in homes of all ages, including older houses and multi-family buildings
• Understand cold, snowy winters, spring snowmelt, and coastal storms
• Can explain a roof problem in plain, calm language
• Want calls from homeowners who are ready to talk about a new roof

What we expect

Homeowners come to us worried, so we ask providers to keep a few simple standards:

• Hold the licenses and insurance that NY requires, and share proof when asked
• Give clear written quotes, with no surprise add-ons
• Be honest about whether a roof needs replacement or a smaller repair
• Answer calls and messages politely
• Respect the homeowner's property and decision
• Never make promises about insurance outcomes

Providers are responsible for their own work, permits, and warranties.
